Hi everyone! Can you believe we’re at the end of 2018? This will be my last post of the year, and it’s a thank you note to each and every one of you.
I’d like to start off by literally just saying thank you. Thank you for being here, and for your support as this blog-turned-business underwent many transitions in 2018. Within the past few months, though, it’s safe to say we’re in a groove and you’ve gotten a taste of how I’ll be operating moving forward.
That being said, while I write because I enjoy it, I also do it to be a relatable source for you. I’m always happy to hear feedback (even negative, but please be kind) and suggestions for posts that you’d like to see. Never hesitate to reach out, I really do try to respond to all requests – emails, blog post comments, Instagram comments and DMs, etc.
As far as my business goes, I cannot express enough thanks to everyone who supported me in quitting my job to work for myself full-time. There is nothing that brings me more professional joy than getting to help other entrepreneurs grow their dreams and help them share their visions with the digital world. I’m so grateful to you and for the opportunity.
What a year! Even personal growth-wise, 2018 was good to me. It’s tough to say things like that when there are people who have literally lost everything due to natural disasters within our country. It’s hard to acknowledge your blessings sometimes. My only suggestion is to absolutely acknowledge them, and then use your advantages to help those in need – the elderly, the displaced, children, animals, the environment. Pay it forward in 2019.
Great! So who’s excited for 2019? I most certainly am. I’ve got a lot to be excited for, and I bet you do, too. Let’s play a game: Leave a comment sharing one thing from 2018 you’re grateful for experiencing, and one thing you’re looking forward to in 2019.
Happy holidays, everyone! I hope you are able to experience the joy of the season and connect with your loved ones.
